  • I fell in love with food early and began cooking for myself as soon as I could manage a pan and knife. My journey has lead me to specialize in vegetarian cuisine, but I am open to all diets and styles of eating. I love to experiment with food and nothing makes me happier than creating something from a few simple ingredients. Through food, I have been able to heal and support my body and health as well as the health and wellness of my family, and I consider it my personal mission to share my passion for food wellness with the world.

  • I am trained in Holistic Nutrition, which means every ingredient that goes into your meal will have a health benefit. Hippocrates said to “let food by thy medicine, and medicine be thy food” and that is the creed I live and cook by.
